2025年7月22日，北京中銀（深圳）律師事務所權益合伙人譚岳奇律師正式入選亞太國際仲裁院（APIAC）仲裁員名冊，彰顯其在涉外領域的顯著成績。
譚岳奇律師擁有逾20年從業經驗，專注于跨境投資、國際貿易以及跨境工程建設領域。曾任聯合國國際貿易法委員會觀察員，現任香港國際仲裁中心（HKIAC）、迪拜國際仲裁中心(DIAC)、俄羅斯仲裁中心(RAC)、中國國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會（CIETAC）、中國海事仲裁委員會(CMAC)、深圳國際仲裁院（SCIA）、武漢仲裁委員會（WHAC）等多家知名機構仲裁員，并具備英國皇家特許仲裁員協會高級會員（FCIArb），歐洲中國仲裁員協會（ECAA）會員及香港律師會注冊涉外律師資格。
亞太國際仲裁院是由各國仲裁專家共同打造的全球仲裁體系。目前已在七個國家和地區設立仲裁中心，分別在新加坡設立了亞太國際仲裁院（新加坡），在中國香港設立了亞太國際仲裁院香港仲裁中心，在馬來西亞吉隆坡設立了亞太國際仲裁院（馬來西亞），在印度尼西亞雅加達設立了亞太國際仲裁院（印度尼西亞），在加拿大溫哥華設立了亞太國際仲裁院加拿大仲裁中心，在美國加利福尼亞州設立了亞太國際仲裁院美國仲裁中心，在澳大利亞悉尼設立了亞太國際仲裁院澳大利亞仲裁中心。上述機構獨立裁決、共享資源，共同致力于為環太平洋國家貿易合作以及產生的各類商事爭議提供高效、公正、經濟、便捷的國際仲裁服務。

On July 22, 2025, Mr. Tan Yueqi(Vincent), an Equity Partner at Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, has been formally admitted to the Panel of Arbitrators of the Asia-Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC). This appointment highlights his outstanding achievements in the field of international legal practice.
Mr. Tan Yueqi(Vincent) boasts over 20 years of professional experience and specializes in cross-border investment, international trade and cross-border construction engineering. Once he was an Observer of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Laws. Currently, he serves as arbitrator for prestigious institutions including the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Russian Arbitration Center (RAC), the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the China Maritime Arbitration Commission(CMAC), the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), and the Wuhan Arbitration Commission (WHAC). He holds the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and is also a member of the European Chinese Arbitrators Association (ECAA), and is registered as a Foreign-Related Lawyer in the Hong Kong Law Society.
Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APlAC) is an international arbitration system jointly initiated by arbitration experts from Pacific Rim countries and regions. lt currently set up arbitration centers across seven countries and regions, including Singapore, Hong Kong SAR (China), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Jakarta (Indonesia), Vancouver (Canada), California (the United States), and Sydney(Australia). These institutions make independent rulings while sharing resources, and are collectively dedicated to providing efficient, fair, cost-effective, and convenient international arbitration services for commercial disputes arising from Asian trade cooperation and conflicts within Pacific Rim countries.
